Whistler Neighbourhoods we have built in
Nine projects. Four places we can name precisely. Two names people mix up.
Search the neighbourhood you mean
Most of Balmoral Construction's custom homes are in Whistler. The nine are Warbler Way, White Gold, White Gold 2, Fitzsimmons, Fitzsimmons North, WedgeWoods, Balsam, Mountain View, and Drifter. The office is in Pemberton, at 7-4000 Sunstone Way.
White Gold has two finished houses, and the client came back. Wedgwood has Warbler Way, on a sloped lot. WedgeWoods has a 4,500 square foot rancher with views of Wedge Mountain. Fitzsimmons Road has a finished house and one under construction.
Balsam is 4,000 square feet and described as a short walk from Whistler Village, the lakes, and the golf course. Mountain View and Drifter are Whistler custom homes. Their project pages do not assign a subdivision, so this page will not invent one.

White Gold
Two homes. White Gold and White Gold 2.
Wedgwood
Also written Wedgewood. Warbler Way only.
WedgeWoods
A different community. Wedgewoods, 4,500 square feet, single storey.
Fitzsimmons Road
Fitzsimmons, complete. Fitzsimmons North, under construction.
Near the Village
Balsam, 4,000 square feet, walking distance to the Village.
Whistler, subdivision unnamed
Mountain View and Drifter.
No project page, no neighbourhood claim
Kadenwood, Blueberry Hill, and Brio are discussed as Whistler neighbourhoods on the main builder page. None of the fourteen project pages places a Balmoral house in them. If you own a lot there, ask. Do not read those paragraphs as a portfolio.
Pemberton and Squamish
Pemberton houses: Cerulean, Sugarloaf, Eagle in the Benchlands, Pinewood. Squamish: Windline in Brackendale. Those are not Whistler neighbourhoods.
Cost and slope
Whistler construction is published at $500 to $800+ per square foot. Steep lots and access are their own page.
