White Gold 2 is the second collaboration between Balmoral Construction and a client who already knew exactly what they wanted — because they had done it before. Having completed the original White Gold home, the team returned with a shared understanding of what worked, what could be pushed further, and where the design language could evolve.

This second build carries forward the material honesty and alpine sensitivity of its predecessor while introducing refined details that reflect lessons learned on the first project. The floor plan responds more deliberately to the site's orientation, capturing winter light in spaces where it matters most and creating sheltered outdoor zones that extend the living experience into Whistler's shoulder seasons.
