Fitzsimmons Road, two projects
Fitzsimmons is a modern alpine home on Fitzsimmons Road. The project page describes clean volumes, a restrained palette, and a tight site between the village and the mountains. Complex framing, integrated mechanical systems, and a high-performance envelope were part of the build.
Fitzsimmons North is the current Whistler project, marked under construction. We are not publishing a completion date or a square footage the project page does not state.
Both sit with the other Whistler houses: Warbler Way, White Gold, White Gold 2, WedgeWoods, Balsam, Mountain View, and Drifter. That is nine Whistler projects.

The pages say Fitzsimmons Road. They do not publish a house number, a lot size, or a contract value. This page will not add those.

People search the road, not only 'custom home builder Whistler.' If you already own on Fitzsimmons Road, you should land on the two projects we have there.
Starting a third
We take a limited number of projects. Fitzsimmons North is underway. A new road-neighbour project depends on capacity, the lot, and whether the drawings are real.
