Two White Gold homes, one client
White Gold is one of the Whistler neighbourhoods where we can point at finished houses, not a coverage map. Whistler custom homes includes White Gold and White Gold 2.
White Gold was the first collaboration with that client: a mountain house meant to feel grounded and built for Coast Mountain weather. White Gold 2 came after they already knew the team. The second house pushes the same design language further instead of repeating the first set of drawings.
The Whistler page describes White Gold as benchland lots with southern exposure and mountain views, closer to the Village than Kadenwood. That is the setting. The proof is the two project pages.
What we actually built in White Gold
A client who returned
White Gold 2 exists because the first house went well enough that the same client started again. That is a stronger reference than a slogan.
Mountain detailing
Both houses are finished Whistler custom homes: millwork, fireplaces, mudrooms, and glazing sized for alpine weather, documented on the project pages.

Not a neighbourhood we are guessing at
If your lot is in White Gold, we have already built there twice. If it is in another subdivision, look at the neighbourhood guide before assuming we have a house there.

White Gold is not a generic Whistler lot
Covenants, setbacks, and soils change by street. We would rather walk a White Gold lot before you waive conditions than price a house from a listing photo.
Southern exposure
The Whistler builder page already notes south-facing exposure and views on these benchland lots. Glazing and roof design have to earn that, including snow load.
