The portfolio spans single-storey ranchers nestled in the forest to multi-level mountain homes designed for heavy snow loads and year-round performance. Projects range from 3,500 to 5,000+ square feet, with construction methods including insulated concrete forms, conventional framing, and hybrid approaches selected to match each site and client need.
Why the Sea to Sky Corridor Is Different

Whistler's alpine climate brings heavy snow loads, freeze-thaw cycles, and intense UV exposure that test every material choice. Pemberton's plateau adds its own complexity — expansive soils, flood plain considerations, and a microclimate distinct from the resort. Squamish rounds out the corridor with coastal conditions, wind exposure, and rapidly evolving municipal requirements.
