Design Collaboration — We work with your architect or can connect you with trusted local design professionals. Our team brings construction knowledge into the design phase early, which prevents costly surprises later and ensures the home can actually be built as envisioned.
Permitting & Approvals — Building permits in Whistler, Pemberton, and Squamish each come with their own requirements and timelines. We coordinate with consultants, engineers, and municipal officials to keep the process moving. Our relationships with local offices make a real difference.
Construction — From foundation to finishing, our project managers are on site daily. We use long-standing trade relationships built over two decades to assemble the right crew for your project — not whoever happens to be available.
Completion & Warranty — Every Balmoral home is backed by both BC New Home Warranty and National Home Warranty coverage. We walk you through every system in your home and remain available long after the keys are handed over.
