The house is built to be lived in: stone, wood, glass, and an open kitchen, with the forest as the backdrop. It is a finished custom home, not a spec sheet.

Single storey is a choice
A rancher at 4,500 square feet needs a lot that can hold it, plus a plan that still feels like rooms rather than a corridor. We have built that once here. The next one still starts with the survey.
Price context
Whistler construction is published at $500 to $800+ per square foot, land separate. WedgeWoods land is not a number we publish, because we do not sell lots.
