Founded in 2011 by Marc Harvey, a journeyman carpenter with over 20 years of experience, Balmoral was built on a simple principle: take on fewer projects and build each one with greater care. We intentionally limit the number of homes we take on each year so that our owner and project management team can be personally involved from the first site walk to the final walkthrough.
