The service we mean is on general contracting: trades we already use, a superintendent who is actually here, and a permit path through the Resort Municipality of Whistler.

We build with outside designers. Warbler Way was Shelter Residential Design. Eagle was Steve Clark. WedgeWoods was Maya Wassenberg. Balsam was Kat Sullivan.
We still manage the site
Permits, trades, inspections, and the day the snow closes the road.
Renovations too
Kitchens, bathrooms, and additions have their own pages and their own published ranges.
Not volume
We limit the number of projects. A GC relationship here is not a call centre.
Warranty
New homes carry the provincial warranty structure: 2-5-10, through our registrations.
Where we will not pretend
We do not list a Whistler commercial tower. Windline is the non-house project, and it is in Brackendale.
