Luxury, meaning the team and the finish, not a filter word
The houses people are usually asking about are White Gold 2, White Gold, Warbler Way, Balsam at 4,000 square feet, and WedgeWoods at 4,500 square feet. Fitzsimmons, Mountain View, and Drifter are the other finished Whistler homes. Fitzsimmons North is under construction.
Designers on those pages include Shelter Residential Design, Kat Sullivan, and Maya Wassenberg. Interiors on several are Britt Lothrop, who has worked with the company since the design side of projects. Millwork includes Blueprint. Windows include Innotech on some houses and The Window Merchant on Warbler Way.
Published construction cost in Whistler is $500 to $800+ per square foot, and the cost guide says ultra-premium work can pass $1,000. That is the money conversation. Land is extra. We do not publish a 'luxury package' price.

Not a chalet costume
Several of these houses are contemporary. We will not market them as fake chalets to catch a search.
The range is wide because the lots are
$500 and $1,000 per square foot are both published, for different reasons: access, snow, finish, and how hard the site is. A luxury label does not pick the number. The lot does.
