Three published ranges. None of them is a quote.
Whistler kitchens: $75,000 to $200,000+, on the Whistler kitchen page and in the 2026 kitchen article. On site, 8 to 12 weeks, plus permits if the layout moves. The page says Whistler kitchen work runs about 15 to 25 percent above comparable Lower Mainland work.
Pemberton kitchens: $60,000 to $150,000, on the Pemberton kitchen page. The renovations FAQ also says eight to twelve weeks. The kitchen page says Pemberton usually lands below Whistler because access and the village process are milder. Our office is on Sunstone Way, in town.
Squamish kitchens: $60,000 to $175,000+, 8 to 12 weeks, on the Squamish renovations page and the Squamish kitchen page. Rain, not ski season, is the scheduling constraint.
A kitchen we can show is Balsam in Whistler: a stone island and Blueprint millwork, inside a 4,000 square foot custom home. That is not a renovation invoice. It is the millwork standard.
RMOW. Snow, rental calendars, and a mudroom next to the kitchen.
Village of Pemberton. Daily site presence from Sunstone Way.
District of Squamish. Keep the envelope closed in the rain.
If the sink stays, you are in a different job than if the sink moves.
Usually the largest line. Shops we already use, not a flat-pack guess.
The longer Whistler breakdown is the 2026 kitchen guide.
A $90,000 Whistler kitchen and a $90,000 Pemberton kitchen can both be honest. Ask whether demolition, permits, appliances, and tax are inside the number.
The Whistler kitchen page says to start the conversation 3 to 6 months before you want trades in the house, so the millwork shop and the plumber are actually free.
A kitchen inside a new wing is an addition plus a kitchen. Price them as two scopes.

The range depends on it, and on whether the sink stays put.
