Published range $35,000 to $90,000+. Four to eight weeks. Waterproofing comes before tile.
The Squamish renovations page publishes bathroom renovations at $35,000 to $90,000+, and 4 to 8 weeks for a typical bathroom. Whistler bathrooms are published higher, at $40,000 to $100,000+. Pemberton bathrooms are published at $25,000 to $75,000.
Squamish rain is the reason. A shower that relies on a city detail will show up later as a soft wall. We treat waterproofing, ventilation, and the building paper around the window as the job. Tile is the finish.
There is no standalone Squamish bathroom in the portfolio. We will not invent one. The standard is the same wet-room detailing we use on Sea to Sky houses, scoped to your stack and your floor.
A powder room is not the $90,000 job. A primary bath with a moved drain is. We say which one you have after we open the wall in our heads, then on site.
Published on-site duration for a Squamish bathroom. Permits add time when plumbing moves.
The renovations page says a single bathroom is usually livable if another bath remains in service.
Coastal moisture needs a fan that actually exhausts, ducted outside, not into the attic.
Plumbing changes need the District of Squamish. A new faucet on the same valve often does not.

We specify the membrane, the drain, and the window return before anyone talks about stone. That is true in Squamish especially, because the outside air is wet for much of the year.
If the bath includes a new window or recladding, schedule it for the drier months. The renovations page points at May through October for envelope work.
Windline is our published Squamish project, and it is barns and an arena in Brackendale. A bathroom quote does not borrow those photos as a case study.
