One builder, three municipalities, mountain climate

The Sea to Sky Corridor is not one building market. Whistler is a resort municipality with snow load, steep lots, and RMOW process. Pemberton is a valley town with Village and SLRD files, ALR in places, and our office. Squamish is rain, growth, and District process. Balmoral Construction works all three, on purpose, with the same owner on the job.

Marc Harvey founded the company in 2011. We take fewer projects so that standard holds. If you want a corridor builder who is actually based here, start with the city page that matches the lot: Whistler, Pemberton, or Squamish.

What we will not do

We will not pretend a Whistler chalet and a Pemberton ranch are the same drawing with a different view. Permits, climate, and trades change. The pages below are written for those differences, not cloned.
