The page says the house was built with insulated concrete forms and non-combustible materials because wildfire risk in the region is a real concern, and because the owners wanted performance that conventional wood frame does not match. It does not call the house a certified FireSmart rating. We will not add one.
The Pemberton builder page notes that ICF and significant site work can push a Pemberton house toward the higher end of the published $400 to $600+ per square foot. Whistler is published at $500 to $800+.
What Eagle used ICF to do
Concrete envelope
Insulated concrete forms, with the structure designed so the architecture and the concrete work together.
Non-combustible outside
Cladding chosen with wildfire exposure in mind, in the Benchlands above the valley.
Glazing
Innotech windows for the valley views and for thermal performance.
Inside
Britt Lothrop and Novat millwork. Concrete outside does not mean a cold interior.
Not every Pemberton house
Sugarloaf, Cerulean, and Pinewood are not described as ICF on their pages. Do not assume the method transfers.
Warranty
New homes are registered with BC New Home Warranty and National Home Warranty.
ICF is a decision, not a sticker
We will talk about ICF when the lot, the wildfire exposure, and the structure want it. We will not specify it to match a keyword.
Benchlands
Eagle is in the Benchlands, with views across the valley. A valley-floor lot is a different soil and servicing conversation, including septic on some rural parcels.

If you want the same stack, say so. Steve Clark, Sebastian Guerrero Engineering, Britt Lothrop, and Novat are the names on Eagle. A new house may use other consultants. We do not pretend they are exclusive.
