Brackendale is Squamish
Brackendale is a neighbourhood of Squamish, on the river, north of downtown. We do not treat it as a fourth city.
Permits
Agricultural and residential pieces do not share one permit. The District of Squamish, and sometimes other agencies near a river, will split the file. We coordinate that under permit coordination.
